An amazing river house in Serbia via NatGeo.

Coffee granita that is so tasty and refreshing. Great pick-me-up dessert. Kind of followed this recipe, but used sweetener and a spoon of honey instead of sugar.

We made a very delicious raspberry meringue mousse following this recipe, but added some plum sauce and ground cookies.

More fun food from Vietnam. This is a lotus ice cream from Fanny's ice cream in Saigon. The white flower is made from white chocolate. Ice cream is arranged with juicy dragon fruit, watermelon, lotus pods and seeds. Need not say: de-licious!
